Aldo Cibic’s Coco Table Lamp
We love lamps; so much creativity has gone into making amazing lamps that we can’t but do. The lamp in question here is designed by Aldo Cibic, an Italian architect, with a lacquered metal base and a blown glass diffuser. We really love the looks of this very, er, funky piece—reminds us of something but we can’t figure out what. All in all, very cool indeed.

Large Triple Gourd table lamp with Silver Base
“I like” at first sight! What a nice and cool lamp. We, obviously, have seen many similar examples in far too many places to name e.g. Target, but the colors, the shape of the three gourds and the metallic base work wonders. Now, at this place, this lamp can be ordered with many color choices but we actually really like the one shown. The shade is classic and the fact that it has a full-range dimmer is just icing on the cake.

George Nelson designed many lighting pieces that have attained a classic status. This Apple Bubble Pendant is one of them. The construction is pretty simple; white plastic stretched over a skeleton of steel wire. We love the design and among Nelson’s other pieces, this one is a favorite.
