We normally do not feature food on this blog but we sometimes we are forced to. For packaging and presentation reasons, of course. These tea sticks look amazing and are said to brew a really knockout cup of tea. The tea is kept fresh, the filter lets in the oils and all the flavors of the tea while keeping the bitter elements at bay. The tea is from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and is single estate certified.

Strida folding bike

Mark Sanders of London did the world a favor when he figured out this cool looking bike design. Rated for riders up to 250 lbs, the triangular frame is made of rust proof aluminum for strength and lightness. Obviously there are many other technical details that will be important to consider but the most important one is perhaps the the fact that it folds in seconds. Once folded it collapses like a stroller and can be wheeled around.

Coleman military style canteen for kids

Just a simple little thing but we like the way it looks. If there is someone who can put a military piece of hardware through its paces without being in the military, its a kid. So it kinda makes sense especially since the outdoors are appealing again. This is the Coleman military style canteen for kids, 6 and older. The Polyethylene used in the construction is not supposed to leave any taste and the insulation should keep the liquid cool. The cap is attached to it so it won’t get lost. There are some complaints about people getting incorrect color shipped to them so do make sure you get to confirm the color when you order it. Anything but the green just won’t do it, IMHO.

Everyday chic and beauty is much harder to pull off than would otherwise appear. Don’t think so? Just look around to see the plethora of stuff made to function, but not so much to please. Clear plastic umbrella

April rains, May flowers, they say. Seems like April is set on being April this year. Rain seems to be following me around and no matter what kind of umbrella I have on hand, I always end up getting somewhat soaked. This won’t prevent it but hey, at least, its different (and large).
